How do I know if my order was successful?

When you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email titled “Order Confirmation” which will include all details of your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us at hello@markethq.com.au

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped we will send you an email notification titled “Shipping Confirmation” which will include all details of your order along with a unique tracking number. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at hello@markethq.com.au

 

I’ve placed an order but I made a mistake / have changed my mind. How can I change / cancel my order?

Contact us at hello@markethq.com.au as soon as possible and let us know the issue. Your order can only be changed if it hasn’t been shipped.

 

There seems to be a delay with the delivery of my order. How can I find out more information?

If there are delivery issues we will do what we can to help you receive your order as quickly as possible however Market HQ are not responsible for deliveries once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery, we recommend you get in touch with Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote your unique tracking number.

I received my order but I’m not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?

We have options available for customers that are not satisfied with their purchase. Please see our Returns page for more information.

What do I do if a size / item I want to purchase is out of stock?

Please email us at hello@markethq.com.au and let us know. We will let you know if we will be restocking the item.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Paypal and Market HQ gift vouchers and credit notes.

 

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 10% Student Discount via Unidays – Please see our Unidays page for more information on how to sign up and receive your discount code.

Occasionally we run special offer and discount promotions. When we do they are promoted on our website as well as through our mailing list and Instagram. 

 

I have a MARKET HQ gift voucher. How long is it valid for?

Market HQ gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.

 

Do I have to use my voucher in one transaction?

No, vouchers can be redeemed on Market HQ as full or part payment. If you use part of your voucher, the balance will update and you can use the remainder of your voucher on another purchase in the near future.

 

Do you have a size guide?

All of our models are AU size XS/8 and wear AU size XS/8 garments unless otherwise stated in the product listing. If a garment runs large / small we will note this in the product description.
